APC Overnight
How do I track a consignment?
You can track your parcel using the APC PinPoint tracking service. Simply enter your consignment number and delivery postcode to get real-time updates on your delivery.
I've received a calling card, what do I do?
If you’ve received a calling card, you can rearrange a delivery attempt for a weekday of your choice using the APC Called service. You’ll need your consignment number from the card and your postcode to reschedule.
What are your restrictions for parcels?
We are unable to accept the following items: live animals, prohibited substances, or items exceeding the maximum weight and size limits. Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your parcel is suitable.
Do you offer a delivery time window?
On the day of delivery you will receive a 2-hour delivery window via text and/or email once the driver has left the depot. You can also check your estimated delivery slot at any time via the APC PinPoint tracking service.
Can I be notified once my parcel has been delivered?
Delivery notifications are sent by email or text once your parcel has been delivered. You can also opt in to delivery updates at the point of ordering with the sender.
The Pallet Network
How do I track my pallet delivery?
All pallet deliveries are fully tracked. You can monitor the progress of your delivery online and receive real-time status updates throughout the journey.
Will I receive proof of delivery?
Once your pallet has been successfully delivered, you can look at your booking platform to view a photo proof of delivery (POD) confirmation.
What happens if my pallet requires a tail lift?
Some of our vehicles are equipped with tail lifts to accommodate your requirements. Please specify that you require a tail lift at the point of booking so we can ensure the right vehicle is allocated.

How long does international delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the service selected, most destinations have an express service and road as a more cost effective option.
